Compensation Overview: The total earnings package (base salary plus commission with a guarantee) may exceed $115K based on experience and geographical location.

Are you enthusiastic about serving the Medicare demographic? Are you seeking a sales role that allows you to influence your income directly? If you have a proven history of cultivating trustworthy relationships within the community and consistently surpassing goals, we are in search of licensed, driven, and self-motivated professionals.

In this field-based role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing community connections
  • Generating self-sourced sales
  • Aiming to achieve sales targets and metrics while working autonomously

You will engage with Humana's clients, external partners, and the community through in-person, virtual, and phone interactions. In-person engagements will involve grassroots marketing and field sales activities, as well as home visits to potential clients. Our Medicare Sales Representatives promote individual health plan offerings and provide education to beneficiaries about our services in a community setting. Additional products may include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more. Face-to-face interactions in prospective members' homes are essential for this role.

Utilize your expertise to create a positive impact

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia Health Insurance license
  • Proficient in technology, including advanced use of laptops and mobile applications, with knowledge of CRM tools or other sales/marketing resources
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with minimum coverage of 100/300/100
  • Territory includes: Forsyth County

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia Life Insurance license
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with TEAMS and PowerPoint
  • Community engagement through service, organizations, activities, and volunteer work
  • Experience in selling Medicare products
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language
  • Prior experience in public speaking and presentations

Additional Information:

This position is subject to Humana's Driving Safety and Vehicle Management Program, which includes driver license validation and MVR review.

Schedule: Flexibility is crucial as meetings with members may require appointments and/or events during evenings and weekends.

Training: Attendance is mandatory for the first five weeks of employment.

All Humana associates communicating with members in a language other than English must undergo a language proficiency assessment to ensure competency.
