In this field-based role, your responsibilities will include establishing community connections, generating self-sourced sales, and achieving sales targets while working autonomously. You will engage with customers, external partners, and the community through in-person, virtual, and phone interactions. In-person engagements will involve grassroots marketing and field sales events, as well as home visits to potential clients. Our Medicare Sales Representatives market individual health plan offerings and inform beneficiaries about our services in a community setting. Additional products include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more.

Required Qualifications:
- Daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members in the field are essential for this position.
- Active Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one before starting.
- Proficient with technology, including high-level use of laptops and mobile applications, with familiarity in CRM tools or other sales/marketing resources.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook.
- This role is part of our Driver Safety program, requiring a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits. A Motor Vehicle Report will also be conducted.
- A minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; a wired cable or DSL connection is preferred.
- Work from a dedicated space free from interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
- Must reside within the assigned territory/County.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience with TEAMS and PowerPoint.
- Experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism.
- Experience in selling Medicare products.
- Bilingual capabilities, with proficiency in both English and another language without limitations.
- Prior experience in public speaking and presentations.
Additional Information:
- Any associate who communicates with a member in a language other than English must undergo a language proficiency assessment to ensure competency.
- Alert: CenterWell Home Health values personal identity protection. Selected applicants may be asked to provide their social security number, if not already on file.
Schedule: Meeting with members requires appointments and/or event times that may vary, including nights and weekends. Flexibility is crucial for success.
Training: The initial three to four weeks of employment will be mandatory.
Interview Format:
As part of our hiring process, we utilize an interviewing technology to enhance our decision-making ability. This allows us to connect and gather valuable information regarding your relevant skills and experience at a time that suits your schedule.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment. Individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $31,500 - $43,400 per year. This position is eligible for a commission incentive plan based on performance.
