Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.
- Respond to communications in a professional and articulate manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle, leveraging industry knowledge to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Understand the psychology of online customers and engage with them effectively to schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online.
- Ensure timely delivery of inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented mindset with a desire for self-improvement.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and closing ratios.
- Valid driver's license.
