Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues and maintain a commitment to customer care, ensuring that customer needs are met.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide advice to deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Handle and resolve inbound calls, focusing on a one-and-done philosophy.
  • Provide specific information, updates on delivery, and schedule service requests and appointments.
  • Record complaints and overcome objections respectfully.
  • Acquire and apply knowledge of products, services, and processes.
  • Leverage systems and processes efficiently and effectively.
  • Meet or exceed established goals.
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Seek guidance from team members to resolve issues and identify appropriate issues for escalation.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Preferred bilingual.
  • Supports values and daily actions and decisions, communicates vision and values to others, generates enthusiasm, incorporates vision when planning.
  • Attentive to detail and accuracy, committed to excellence, looks for improvements continuously, monitors quality levels, finds root cause of quality problems, owns/acts on quality problems.

  • Builds customer confidence, is committed to increasing customer satisfaction, sets achievable customer expectations, assumes responsibility for solving customer problems, ensures commitments to customers are met, solicits opinions and ideas from customers.
