Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Auto Service team in Lakeland, FL. As a Billing Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing general billing information, processing endorsements, taking payments, and processing payment plan changes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service by showcasing expertise and fostering trust
- Process endorsements and take payments in a timely and accurate manner
- Process payment plan changes and ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in an up-skilling program to complete GEICO Service Training and licensing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
