Job Title: Patient Support Representative

Job Summary:

Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Support Representative to join our team. As a Patient Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering inbound phone calls, and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide first call resolution where possible and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Contact patients through outbound calls to assist with prescription medication processing.
  • Support pharmacy operations by completing tasks such as enrollment updates, payment processing, and order releases.
  • Compile and maintain reporting requirements as requested by management.
  • Handle difficult customer interactions professionally and accurately complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post-high school or specialized training a plus.
  • 6 months minimum of call center experience.
  • 6 months minimum of administrative duties.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
