Job Title: Patient Support Representative
Job Summary:
Kelly Services, Inc. is seeking a Patient Support Representative to join our team. As a Patient Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering inbound phone calls, and resolving issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide first call resolution where possible and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Contact patients through outbound calls to assist with prescription medication processing.
- Support pharmacy operations by completing tasks such as enrollment updates, payment processing, and order releases.
- Compile and maintain reporting requirements as requested by management.
- Handle difficult customer interactions professionally and accurately complete assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-high school or specialized training a plus.
- 6 months minimum of call center experience.
- 6 months minimum of administrative duties.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
