Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in the US Federal Government. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our presence in the Federal Government market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive new business growth and expand our presence in the Federal Government market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the US Department of Defense and other Federal Government agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to secure new business.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reporting to ensure timely and accurate sales performance metrics.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organization.
- Experience establishing trusted relationships with SOF / SOCOM / JSOC and prospective clients and other teams at executive and cabinet level.
- Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy Program Director relationships.
- Understanding of agency mission and prior experience of selling to an agency's mission.
- Experience achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and our plans around IT.
- Experience promoting a customer success focus in a 'win as a team' environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
