We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our asset management organization at YuMe Toys. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the success of our business.

Job Duties:
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure seamless access to important documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, including the placement of images in slides, to effectively communicate our brand's message.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and document management, to maintain the accuracy and integrity of our records.
  • Support team members with any additional tasks related to asset management, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve our business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
