About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at NeurAbilities Healthcare. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral health services to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop individualized intervention plans to address behavioral challenges.
  • Provide consultation and training to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff to promote effective behavioral strategies.
  • Write detailed behavior assessment reports and treatment plans in compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, including Functional Behavior Assessments and ABA therapy programs.
  • Participate in Child Study Team Evaluations and provide contracted school consultation and program development.
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Therapists and ABA Therapists to ensure high-quality care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).
  • Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s).
  • 1+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Experience with ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, and QABF assessments, as well as Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
