Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work with children and adolescents in a school environment, providing interventions and support to help them overcome emotional and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children in a school setting to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide emotional support and behavioral interventions to help children manage their emotions and behaviors
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor and record progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- At least 1 year of experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a behavioral health setting
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
