Requirements

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and computer skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
