About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinician to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, specialty services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostics and assessments to identify individualized treatment plans
  • Develop and implement behavior treatment programs in clinic, home, community, and residential settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide direct client treatment and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA and related fields
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work)
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Previous experience in ABA or related fields, with a strong desire to continue learning and growing as a professional
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
