About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Group Protection Sales Distribution Team in the Atlanta, GA area. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining business relationships to meet or exceed established sales goals, quotas, or objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned territory and products, assessing impacts, and collaborating with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of LFG's products, services, and operational structure to enhance ability to identify and target sales growth opportunities.
  • Provide education, information, training, and advice on Lincoln's products and services to assigned Advisors, Registered Representatives, Brokers, and/or Plan Sponsor/Participants.
  • Build and maintain business relationships through effective communication via email, phone, and in-person with internal/external stakeholders in a customer-centric and professional demeanor.
  • Develop and execute basic plans to increase/gain opportunities to introduce Lincoln's products/services, management, and other resources to stakeholders.
  • Identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality.
Requirements
  • 4-year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in intermediary sales that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Licenses required upon hire

Pay Range

$194,000 - $481,000

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency, and qualifications required for the role.
