- Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per annum
The Senior Account Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and Implementing Strategic Plans: Creating and executing account plans that drive revenue growth and meet customer needs.
- Building Strong Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their businesses, and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Sales Performance Management: Managing sales performance, setting targets, and driving sales teams to achieve goals.
- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive communication.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
To succeed as a Senior Account Sales Manager at Acosta, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: A degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of Six Months of Relevant Experience: Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent Presentation Skills: The ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to Travel: The ability to travel regularly to meet with customers and attend industry events.
