Your Impact

Your primary focus is account management, which requires servicing the account based on the client's needs, regulatory obligations, contractual obligations, and relationship agreements.

  • You will handle day-to-day account management for routine to moderately complex client accounts.
  • You will manage an assigned book of business and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing and updating internal metrics reports, ensuring that your accounts are current and that aged balances are escalated for resolution or senior management review.
  • You will work with internal colleagues to communicate issues and seek resolution, to prevent settlement delays for your assigned book of business.
  • You will cultivate relationships with accounting teams and leaders in the client organization.
  • You may coordinate the work of administrative support and customer service teams.
  • You will have annual servicing goals for your assigned group of accounts.
  • You may provide support to an Account Executive and/or a Broker Producer.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma required; degree from a two-year or four-year college preferred;
  • Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft application skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Ability to read, interpret, and calculate figures in MS excel, using basic excel formulas;
  • Ability to understand numbers and their impact across a statement or balance sheet, to ensure proper movement of money inside and outside of the organization;
  • Ability to apply a high standard of quality control in system actions and communications;
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community;
  • Ability to effectively present information to management, clients, and associates;
  • Ability to learn and understand business processes, balancing multiple requirements and touchpoints to effectively review and action client accounts;
  • Ability to absorb and analyze financial reports, documents, and related information to effectively action client accounts;
  • Energetic, with a strong desire to learn and adapt to growing business needs;
  • Ability to identify business and efficiently and effectively work through issues;
  • Able and willing to travel as opportunities arise;
