About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at Sunstate Equipment Co. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading equipment rental provider in the Southwest, offering a unique blend of sales, logistics, and customer service expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless equipment rental experiences.
  • Utilize AS400/Point of Rental or CAD systems to manage inventory, track rentals, and analyze sales data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the dispatch team to coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in inside sales, dispatch, or logistics, preferably in heavy construction equipment rental.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technological proficiency, including AS400/Point of Rental or CAD systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and infectious personality.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
