Staff Quality Systems Specialist

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Staff Quality Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Systems organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monitoring, assessment, and implementation of standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in compliance.
- Develop and maintain procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality systems and regulatory compliance.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on quality systems and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820, 21 CFR 806, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001.
- Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
