Job Title: Commercial Roofing Sales

At DV Management Company LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Roofing Sales professional to join our team. As a Commercial Roofing Sales representative, you will be responsible for growing and servicing our commercial sales division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow Commercial sales division organically by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with clients.
  • Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for new contracts, and negotiate agreements to meet business goals.
  • Manage leads that come into the office and internal marketing efforts to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Train new sales personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the role.
  • Contribute to overall sales goals by developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed targets.
  • Expand customer base by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with clients.
  • Inspect customers' roofs and provide professional and prompt inspection reporting to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
  • Build digital job files containing estimating documents and generate proposals to customers via Word and email.
  • Track and follow up on bids to ensure timely conversion and delivery of services.
  • Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, and hold self-accountable for sales performance.
  • Oversee project management of sales and estimators to ensure timely delivery of services and meet business goals.
  • Execute company vision by developing and implementing sales strategies that meet and exceed business goals.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures, and support and abide by the values of the company.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience, 2+ years in commercial roof estimating.
  • 5+ years roofing experience preferred.
  • Acceptable driving record and auto insurance.
  • Construction and commercial experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed both indoors and outdoors.
  • General technology as it relates to office administration.
  • Regular business hours with additional hours required during certain periods.
Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and/or crawl. The employee may also occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and color vision. The employee is also required to frequently inspect the project and may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may range from moderate to loud. Hazards: May be exposed to extremes of heat and cold as well as certain unsafe environments; occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and electrical equipment; possible exposure to fumes or airborne particles; possible exposure to internal liquids. This is a safety-sensitive position where a momentary lapse of attention can result in serious injury or death. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and occasionally very loud. Must follow all safety requirements carefully.

Expected Hours of Work/Travel:

Traditional work schedule is M-F, may include occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
