Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads, manage prospects, and secure new business while providing service to existing clients.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective commercial business by proactively seeking and generating leads.
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to monitor KPIs, manage customer data, and produce reports.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to formulate B2B sales strategies and meet anticipated sales objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B commercial roofing sales experience.
  • Familiarity with both low slope and steep slope roofing systems, including Single Ply, Mod Bit, Shingle, Tile, and Metal.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and expand an existing client base.
  • Experience in crafting and implementing territory sales strategies.
  • Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently to achieve or surpass objectives.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
