Key Responsibilities:

- Effectively showcase the product line, articulating benefits and necessities while achieving set goals for territory growth and sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective commercial business by proactively seeking and generating leads.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to monitor KPIs, manage customer data, and produce reports.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to formulate B2B sales strategies and meet anticipated sales objectives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B commercial roofing sales experience.
- Familiarity with both low slope and steep slope roofing systems, including Single Ply, Mod Bit, Shingle, Tile, and Metal.
- Proven ability to cultivate and expand an existing client base.
- Experience in crafting and implementing territory sales strategies.
- Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently to achieve or surpass objectives.
- Excellent time management abilities.
