Position Summary:

The Client Relationship Specialist (CRS) plays a pivotal role in collaborating with the area Manager and Patient Care Coordinator to deliver sales assistance to key clients, facilitate patient education and support, and work with significant accounts to develop tailored documentation processes for managing both existing and new patient populations. This role includes a comprehensive training program designed to accommodate candidates with minimal experience, aiming to cultivate talent for expanding opportunities in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively oversees pending patients through the documentation and authorization workflow, providing updates to supervisors as needed.
  • Manages budgetary constraints on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure the profitability of the assigned territory.
  • Accountable for achieving specified monthly sales revenue objectives.
  • Thoroughly reviews, investigates, and prioritizes pending orders to optimize time management and enhance patient satisfaction.
  • Understands and addresses the needs of the assigned territory and ensures comprehensive care for patients.
  • May supervise team members and triage daily situations to best serve patients.
  • Acts as a liaison for key accounts, representing Sentido Health in essential communications.
  • Establishes weekly routes with regular visits to fulfill all required physician engagements.
  • Organizes and executes face-to-face meetings and telephone communications within the designated territory.
  • Adheres to guidelines for delivering patient-protected health information, sales communications, and marketing materials.
  • Participates in educational meetings and events as directed.
  • Serves as a patient advocate to ensure timely service and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Maintains current patient census and communicates necessary clinical updates with relevant staff.
  • Identifies new business opportunities within call points and key accounts.
  • Maintains an on-call schedule with team members to ensure adequate coverage for after-hours inquiries.
  • Responsible for urgent deliveries or patient home visits as required.

  10. Skilled in demonstrating and educating patient family members on necessary equipment.

Competencies:

  1. Accurate and timely documentation in relevant systems.
  2. Effectively communicates with patients and referral sources regarding patient education and documentation.
  3. Collaborates with internal staff to achieve productive outcomes.
  4. Creates and manages a weekly schedule.
  5. Completes a set number of face-to-face appointments daily and meets targets for conversions and referrals.
  6. Ensures patient information is stored in compliance with regulations.
  7. Possesses knowledge of all service lines offered and engages in ongoing education regarding product updates.
  8. Manages inventory within the territory to maintain adequate supplies.
  9. Adheres to personal protective equipment guidelines.
  10. Conducts regular audits to ensure proper management of pending reports.

Supervisory Role:

No supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This position may involve fieldwork, office work, or remote work.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time role with standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Travel Requirements:

Travel within the designated territory is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred.
