Job Overview

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is in search of a Business Process Architect to enhance our collaboration with a Federal client. This position is classified as Hybrid and is exclusively available to U.S. Citizens.

Candidates must be prepared to secure a Public Trust Clearance, with the possibility of starting with an interim clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with subject matter experts to extract comprehensive insights on essential topics.
  • Collaborate with project leaders to establish the vision and objectives for deliverables.
  • Synthesize information from diverse sources into a unified final product.
  • Draft, refine, and edit written content for clarity and coherence.
  • Convert preliminary materials into concise bullet points or highlights suitable for social media.
  • Work alongside subject matter experts and key stakeholders to finalize documentation.
  • Develop a range of deliverables, including strategic plans, opinion pieces, and newsletter articles.
  • Ensure project timelines are adhered to effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Knowledge Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in content analysis.
  • A minimum of 5 years in writing, interviewing, and conducting research.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities.

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 based on experience.
