About the Role

Armanino is seeking a highly skilled D365 FSC Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Solutions team, you will be responsible for guiding the development of strategic client solutions and providing oversight on the combined Enterprise modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in domain technical and business discussions to inform project solution and direction.
  • Develop business process workflows and training documents to support project requirements and client solutions.
  • Assist in the analysis, design, and development of a roadmap and implementation based on a current vs. future state in a cohesive solution architecture viewpoint.
  • Gather and analyze data to develop solution architectural requirements at the project level.
  • Assist with business process re-engineering to resolve process gaps and solution requirements.
  • Participate in the Dynamics Enterprise governance model.
  • Provide oversight and guidance for Enterprise design documents, modifications, and enhancements.
  • Coach and mentor team members.
  • Lead in the design and implementation of long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing and maintaining business processes.
  • Ensure that proposed solutions and business processes are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide solution architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to Business Analysts, Systems Engineers, other Enterprise Solution Architects, and software development teams.
  • Where applicable, use expert knowledge to design, develop, and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.
  • Confers with end-users, clients, or senior management to define business requirements for complex systems and infrastructure development.
  • Model business and systems processes based on findings through use case scenarios, workflow diagrams, and data models.
  • Develop and execute test plans to check business processes, infrastructure, and systems technical performance. Reports on findings and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop, document, communicate, and enforce a policy for standardizing business systems and software as necessary.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience working with and designing ERP solutions with D365 FSC, F&O, and Dynamics AX.
  • Technical and functional cross-Enterprise Dynamics modules skills to facilitate configuration, enhancements, and development, functional testing, and client and delivery team training.
  • Experience in developing strategic systems and solutions architecture plans, business requirements gathering/analysis.
  • Experience in systems, hardware, and network design and development.
