Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications and marketing strategies to advance the Foundation's mission and goals.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of compelling campaigns that enhance brand awareness, visibility, engagement, and donor support.
  • Oversee the Foundation's digital presence, including its website and social media channels, ensuring content is current, engaging, and impactful.
  • Manage the communications and marketing budget with an eye towards maximizing impact and efficiency.
  • Partner with local contractors and national PR/marketing agencies as needed to advance the Foundation's mission.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of senior-level experience in communications and marketing within a foundation, large nonprofit, private company, or public agency.
  • Proven success in designing and implementing strategic communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing strategies and scalable narrative change.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required; graduate degree preferred.
