Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Sales Managers and overlay specialist team.
  • Drive sales pipeline development, management, and accurate forecasting.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Market Expansion:

Identify and prioritize target markets and customer segments within the region. Assess and analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to adapt strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Ensure customer satisfaction and success through effective account management and support.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee the operational aspects of the region, including budget management, resource allocation, and cost control. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
