Success Partnership Leader

About the Role:
You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving customer success, and maximizing ROI. With our cutting-edge platform and collaborative team environment, you'll have the resources and support needed to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer success plans, aligned with each client's unique needs and objectives.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and drive business growth.
- Monitor customer usage and adoption of our platform, using data analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR or Customer Success roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Experience working in start-ups, with a keen understanding of the fast-paced and dynamic nature of these environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, with a focus on leveraging technology to drive automation and scalability.
What We Offer:
