Job Summary

The District Sales Manager role requires exceptional leadership and management skills to drive sales performance among Sales Consultants. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
  • Engage in one-on-one coaching and direction to improve sales skills and knowledge.
  • Lead and facilitate district meetings to educate and inspire Sales Consultants.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or sales management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
