Clinical Specialist, Cardiac Rhythm Management

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team in Cardiac Rhythm Management. The successful candidate will provide technical, educational, and operational support to assist the district in meeting sales and customer service objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers and sales representatives
- Assist with educational and training programs for physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and opportunities
- Collaborate with sales representatives and district management to achieve sales objectives
- Stay up-to-date on new products, solutions, and patient management offerings
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field
- Associate's degree or higher, plus 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet sales objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this job include frequent travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings. The employee must be independently mobile and able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
