As the Front Desk Service Associate, you will deliver administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our business headquarters. This role is crucial as you will often be the first point of contact for our clients, making a positive impression on behalf of the company.

The objective is to provide outstanding administrative support to our team while delivering 5-star customer service that consistently surpasses our clients' expectations.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-manage the front desk and reception area, greeting and assisting all visitors and clients.
  • Provide telephone support for incoming customer service inquiries to uphold our professional standards.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, including ordering, documenting receipts, and distributing items to staff.
  • Ensure smooth interoffice communication flow.
  • Prepare general correspondence and assist with document reviews for management.
  • Attend meetings and take notes as required.
  • Gain a high-level understanding of the glass and glazing industry, focusing on residential sales and service.
  • Track project deadlines and communicate updates to management.
  • Lead special projects as directed by management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer applications is essential.
  • Self-motivated and a collaborative team player, open to constructive feedback.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to maintain composure in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard business English; proficient in grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Capable of organizing information according to established procedures.
  • Skilled in filing and retrieving materials following standard protocols.

  • Experience in construction or trades is preferred but not mandatory.

EDUCATION:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred; relevant work experience is acceptable.

  • Compensation is commensurate with experience, expertise, and qualifications.
