Client Relations & Administrative Support Specialist

Whole Connection is seeking a highly organized and caring individual to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage client intake process, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance
  • Assist therapists with client forms and data collection
  • Inform clients of policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to therapists and staff
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in medical office reception and customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with social media and Google Workspace
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Record systems
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
