Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at BWI Companies. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with front counter sales and service, and promoting our products to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Assist with front counter sales and service, including pulling interior items for customers and/or shipping
  • Stock and merchandise shelves with product
  • Answer phone and respond to customer inquiries
  • Assist outside sales personnel to enhance communication with customer base
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
  • One to two years related experience
  • Experience in Landscape Market a plus
  • Basic computer skills, AS-400 (preferred)
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 21 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
