Auro Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all hotel operations.

  • Answer all incoming calls in a pleasant and professional manner

Requirements:
