Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Food Service Professional to join our team at New Perspective. As a Server I, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned by management, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Interact with residents, families, and team members in a kind, respectful, and effective manner, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and cleanliness standards, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our residents and their families.
  • Demonstrate accuracy in taking orders, providing service, and resetting tables, adhering to established meal service procedures.
  • Learn residents' preferences to engage with them when serving food, promoting a personalized and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Attend and participate in all required state and company trainings, team meetings, and online learning resources, staying up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our team.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
