Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and self-disciplined Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a Financial Services Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
You will work closely with our experienced team of professionals to build a successful practice and help our clients achieve their financial goals.

- Identify opportunities to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Work closely with our team to build a successful practice and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Life, Accident, Health & FINRA Series 66 & 7 license (within 6 months of hire).
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in PC skills and ability to navigate multiple applications during call handling.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude with a desire to exceed client expectations.
