About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Lead to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the performance of reliability predictions and support design reviews
  • Conduct failure analysis and root cause studies to identify corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement design changes and improve product reliability
  • Provide technical direction to the factory on field return assets and missile assembly/disassembly
  • Develop and present data-driven recommendations to customers on a wide range of technical subjects
Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior reliability or quality engineering experience
  • Experience with reliability analysis or failure analysis
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience performing reliability predictions for electronic hardware
  • Ability to manage multiple technical projects and customer requests in a fast-paced operations environment
  • Experience with database management and data analysis
  • Experience with scripting languages and data visualization tools
  • Experience developing and presenting technical presentations to audiences
