About the Role:

Raytheon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team in Andover, MA. As a key member of our Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and maintainability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead performance of reliability predictions and support design reviews
  • Conduct failure analysis and root cause studies to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work across multiple engineering teams to implement design changes for products in production
  • Provide technical direction to the factory for field return assets and missile assembly/disassembly
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze test data and provide data-driven recommendations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior reliability or quality engineering experience
  • Experience with reliability analysis or failure analysis
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience performing reliability predictions for electronic hardware
  • Ability to manage multiple technical projects and customer requests in a fast-paced operations environment
  • Experience with database management and data analysis
  • Experience with technical presentations and communication
