About the Role

The Regional Manager for K-12 Education will lead and own the strategy for sales growth in the Central region. This role provides leadership, direction, and support to the team on managing and engaging with K-12 customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the K-12 Education vertical.
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives to ensure they are operating with efficiency and accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Provide training, resources, knowledge, and infrastructure needed to support US growth objectives.
  • Travel up to 40% domestically to support sales efforts.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in technology sales, solution-based selling, or similar role leading individuals to attain revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Deep understanding of the K-12 Education vertical, including go-to-market strategy, customer profiles, market trends and challenges, key use cases, associated solutions, and competitive landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

  • Passion for delivering a world-class customer experience.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists.
  • Experience managing a remote/geographically dispersed team is a plus.
  • Background driving performance across a large region, country, or functional area is highly preferred.
