Regional Sales Manager West

At Dormer Pramet, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager West to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including product development, marketing, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our sales strategies remain effective and competitive.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the metalworking industry.
- Proven track record of sales success, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
