Job Summary:

The Regional Field Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth within their defined geography. This individual will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing strategies to engage Regional Chains, manage brokers, and call on distributors to deliver on assigned volume and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve growth targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Regional Chain targets, distributors, and broker teams
  • Utilize Pilgrim's Sales Process (PSP) to grow customers' chicken business
  • Collaborate with Director of Field Sales and key PPC team members to achieve operator growth targets
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline to deliver upon KPIs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the food service industry, preferably in poultry or protein
  • Key Regional Account relationships to drive immediate impact
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or similar field
  • Extensive travel required (estimated 50%+)
