MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team. As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the claims process from receipt to disbursement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update claim information in the database, including date of receipt, project number, and claim amount.
  • Verify claims and seek clarifications with grantees to ensure all queries are satisfactorily resolved.
  • Seek PUB advice on disputable matters and ensure project technical milestones are on track before funds can be disbursed.
  • Prepare and verify disbursement memos, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collate and prepare quarterly claim submissions and reports on funds drawdown.
  • Manage the submission of audit reports by grantees and ensure all required documentation is complete.
  • Support the planning, budgeting, and forecasting of the annual budget of the funding initiatives.
