Job Overview

Audi Long Beach is seeking a highly detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are properly documented and compliant with factory and/or dealership requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process warranty claims in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with factory requirements.
  • Reconcile warranty schedules to ensure claims are paid in a timely manner and follow up on unpaid claims as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and/or files related to customer and vehicle information.
  • Assist the accounting department with coding invoices for the service department, payroll, and other requests.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator is required.
  • Previous experience as an Audi Warranty Administrator is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is $38, with the potential for an additional $2 per hour based on performance.
