About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our cleaning operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and safety, and performing daily cleaning tasks.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $38,000 - $48,000, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description

This is a Monday-Saturday role from 7 AM - 10 AM, based in Mt Pleasant. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for cleaning buildings, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs.

  • Clean buildings and maintain a safe and healthy environment
