Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 annually.

Job Summary:
The Director of Dining Services will be responsible for managing the day-to-day foodservice operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Oversee all P&L and budgeting, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  2. Maintain excellent client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences.
  3. Work closely with the Chef and management team to develop and implement new culinary programs.
  4. Act as a liaison between the company, client, and community, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of foodservice management experience required.
  • Dining experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills.
