Role Overview: The Client Success Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring that brands utilizing Spreetail's fulfillment services experience satisfaction and success. This position requires a keen understanding of the growth potential of our brands and the ability to strategize and implement actionable steps to realize that potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and actualize the potential Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) opportunities to effectively develop a fulfillment services contract model. Utilize market insights to estimate feasible opportunities with brands.
  • Develop and manage a long-term strategy for brands, translating it into actionable tasks. Inspire team members and brand leadership to drive this strategy through every interaction.
  • Oversee daily account health metrics, including on-time delivery rates, receipt accuracy, inventory management, customer service issues, forecasting, and sales performance. Gain in-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Exhibit a strong customer service orientation and be readily available to brands when needed.
  • Consistently strive to exceed expectations in delivering exceptional service for the brand experience.
  • Establish and nurture robust working relationships with business leaders across all levels.
  • Manage ongoing brand communication and relationships concerning current, new, and upcoming projects.
  • Gather and present brand feedback for all projects, providing detailed guidance and timelines.
  • Compile and present brand performance reports, offering actionable insights to address any identified performance gaps.
  • Lead brand meetings, facilitating agenda items, tracking inquiries, and ensuring follow-up on meeting outcomes.
  • Conduct Weekly Business Reviews, investigating any account-level issues to devise action plans and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services.
  • Experience in project management or account management.
  • 1-3 years of experience in 3PL account management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of business generating over $10M in service revenue.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute positively.
  • Effective communication skills with client leaders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and proficient writing, phone, and presentation skills.

Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, reflecting the cost of labor across various U.S. markets. Compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
