About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EV Program Support Specialist to join our team at WEX. As a key member of our electric vehicle charging program, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers and the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers and enable existing customers with our suite of EV products to ensure a smooth transition in their electrification journey.
  • Maintain strong communication with Account Management, Legal, Product, and Sales providing necessary customer information when required.
  • Assist Product with the documentation and training of WEX Account Management, Customer Service, and Implementation representatives on EV initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to WEX and its integrated CPOs/partners for both customers and internal teams.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement strategies to maximize revenue from these channels.
  • Manage ancillary revenue streams by tracking and analyzing data related to RFID tags, Private Site/Depot installations, and At-Home Installation referrals.
  • Ensure proper handling of EV entitlements, program eligibility, and subscription billing.
  • Provide exceptional customer support.
  • Manage EV-related data and reporting by generating accurate and insightful internal reports on EV program performance.
  • Monitor various EV support channels to identify and address customer concerns proactively.
Requirements
  • Must be local and willing to travel to our Portland, ME HQ minimum 3 days a week.
  • 5+ years of fleet industry-related experience.
  • 5+ years of account management experience working with enterprise-level accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electric vehicle charging technologies and infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Technical and Financial system documentation skills are a must.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience with WEX and CPO systems.
  • Background in customer service or technical support.
  • Passionate about sustainability and environmental initiatives.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across a large matrixed organization.

Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
