Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of restaurant staff, including managers, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and minimizing waste.
  • Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Food Handler Certification required; other certifications, such as ServSafe, may be beneficial.
