Position Overview:

As a Mid-Level Scheduler and Risk Management Analyst, you will be instrumental in guiding client teams to formulate Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) while ensuring adherence to critical milestones, key events, and essential accomplishment criteria. Your role will involve managing and supporting a variety of project and program schedules, effectively communicating updates across all organizational levels, from project teams to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct schedule and cost risk analyses to establish a probabilistic outlook on project completion timelines and budgets.
  • Evaluate client-provided schedules for feasibility, quality, performance, and associated risks.
  • Collaborate with clients and vendors to address scheduling challenges pertinent to the assigned program.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on schedule status and overall health to diverse management levels.
  • Provide expertise in earned value management, resource loading, schedule risk analysis, and the development of project management methodologies.
  • Mentor and train team members as necessary, working within a complex, multi-stakeholder, technical, and matrixed environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing, managing, and integrating extensive project schedules.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in assessing schedules and other project control data, effectively communicating key findings to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in Risk Management, including identification, quantification, analysis, and monitoring.
  • Ability to create resource-loaded schedules or implement earned value management techniques.
  • Capacity to manage multiple client and team engagements simultaneously.
  • Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to navigate ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau, and Oracle Primavera.
  • Experience supporting federal government programs and contracts.
  • Background in conducting schedule risk assessments (SRA) and enterprise risk evaluations.
  • Experience in government consulting and training others on best scheduling practices.
  • Knowledge of data science tools, including R or Python.
  • Strong analytical, data gathering, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Master's degree in Project Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Quantitative Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Possession of a Secret clearance and PMP Certification.

Clearance Requirement:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, competencies, experience, and specific contract requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 annually.

Work Model:

Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If onsite, you will engage with colleagues and clients in person as required.
