Shift Teams: Alpha and Bravo

Alpha Day Shift
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 12.5 hours / 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 6.5 hours / 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Alpha Night Shift
  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday: 12.5 hours / 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
  • Wednesday: 6.5 hours / 11:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Bravo Day Shift
  • Wednesday: 6.5 hours / 5:00 AM - 11:30 AM
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 12.5 hours / 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Bravo Night Shift
  • Wednesday: 6.5 hours / 5:00 PM - 11:30 PM
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 12.5 hours / 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Key Points:
1. Four shifts - Two Alpha / Two Bravo
2. 6.5 hour shift (1x day)
3. Individuals will work 42 hours a week (including 2 hours of overtime)

Role Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Equipment Specialist position will demonstrate the following qualifications:
● Ability to thrive in a dynamic production or manufacturing environment with clear performance metrics.
● Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a diligent work ethic.
● Willingness to engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
● Proficient computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
● Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
● Capability to handle and manipulate small components and parts.
● Ability to adhere to detailed written instructions to execute established protocols with minimal supervision.
● Compliance with all safety guidelines and use of protective equipment while performing lab duties.
● Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as necessary, including standing for the duration of the shift (excluding breaks).
● Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
● Physical ability to lift and handle materials in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
