Contract Duration: 12 Months
Role Summary:
- Engages in various production line activities and material handling within a manufacturing environment.
- Accountable for meeting production benchmarks during manual tasks and while operating machinery that requires basic mechanical skills and understanding. Expected to meet standard production rates while adhering to safety regulations, compliance, and organizational policies.
- Responsible for the precise and timely recording of work in batch records, logs, and other official documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine components, materials, documentation, and finished products as part of the production workflow or separately.
- Execute tasks outlined in batch records and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Collect and assess product samples according to established methods, identify action levels, and inform the area specialist and supervisor if parameters are exceeded.
- Conduct and document lot changes, line clearances, production operations, and sanitation procedures.
- Offer insights and feedback regarding materials and process-related issues, ensuring that quality products are passed on to subsequent operations.
- Collaborate within a team to coordinate tasks, address challenges, and communicate effectively.
- Adjust to modifications in a constructive manner.
- Engage in initiatives for area enhancements, cost-saving measures, and team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and company policies.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (e.g., addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and working with fractions, decimals, and percentages).
- Exhibit the capability to make minor mechanical adjustments, resolve jams, assess products within specified limits, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Must successfully complete the GMP assessment and obtain necessary area certifications.
