Manufacturing Process Specialist
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and analyze proposed designs and processes for optimal manufacturability.
  • Justify, procure, and implement capital equipment necessary for production operations.
  • Supervise the production of new process equipment.
  • Define and establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters.
  • Diagnose and resolve process-related challenges.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at cycle time reduction and process enhancements.
  • Evaluate and select various engineered materials for production.
  • Apply statistical process analysis to both new and existing products.
  • Drive improvements in safety, productivity, and yield.
  • Enhance manufacturing techniques and throughput.
  • Continuously develop manufacturing methods to bolster in-house capabilities.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation.
  • Review and refine processing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with production teams on all activities related to new process implementation and transfer.
  • Assist in the training development and provide training to production staff during the transfer of new technologies.
  • Offer maintenance and repair support for equipment as needed.
  • Lead initiatives focused on cost improvement and reduction.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering within the high technology electronics sector or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ processes.
Job Type

This position is offered on a contract basis.
Work Environment

This role requires full onsite presence. Employees may encounter risks associated with electrical shock and moving mechanical parts during their duties.
