Position Summary

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our production teams to ensure the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance and optimize assembly procedures within the designated area.
  • Regularly assess process specifications to ensure they meet operational requirements and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with Quality Engineers to implement process enhancements, monitor performance metrics, and address root causes of issues.
  • Facilitate the resolution of production schedules and related challenges.
  • Assist engineering teams with the introduction and development of new products.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive production documentation, including equipment setup and operational guidelines.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide first-line support for non-maintenance issues and assist manufacturing teams in implementing necessary changes.
  • Monitor equipment performance, making minor adjustments and calibrations as needed.
  • Address minor machine issues and perform maintenance under the guidance of technical staff.
  • Support operators by providing guidance and demonstrating operational procedures.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of production.
  • Stay informed about process and equipment modifications and upgrades.
  • Possess a solid understanding of assembly requirements.
