Position Summary

We are in search of a Senior Copywriter who will play a pivotal role in the creation, design, and implementation of cutting-edge visual content for comprehensive, cross-channel campaigns. This includes large-scale web projects, online advertising, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong conceptual and design abilities and will assist the Creative Director in enhancing the conceptual, technical, and creative output of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with creative team members to establish concepts, brand identity, and copy direction.
  • Ensure consistency in tone and style in alignment with brand and style guidelines.
  • Engage with project teams to grasp business objectives and audience demographics.
  • Transform concepts into impactful messages.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and the development of creative briefs.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while balancing writing demands.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Evaluate the work of Copywriters and Associates to ensure effective use of relevant components.
  • Consistently check for alignment of relevance and report discrepancies to the Associate Creative Director.
  • Understand the goals of each project and communicate these objectives to the team.
  • Comprehend the needs, motivations, and aspirations of target audiences.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a creative agency is preferred.
  • Strong grasp of marketing and advertising principles.
  • Proven experience in large-scale cross-channel and/or direct marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with both online and offline media is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
